Made from 80CRV2 steel, this is a table knife that can evolve. This knife was born out of a request from my 3-year-old son, who absolutely wanted a knife made by his dad.

Made from a single piece of steel, it is strong and can be used without being particularly sharp. It can be sharpened in an evolutionary way to accompany your child in his or her progress.
